THE ROLE
At Obviouslee, the Marketing Manager is proactive and passionate about marketing and innovation. They build long-lasting relationships with clients, media and partners, always striving to find opportunities to generate successful campaigns. They are comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. A Marketing Manager is an advocate for our clients' businesses who can establish a shared vision for success and consistently champion it to keep a project on track.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Leads the team in social media strategy by pursuing innovative, well-targeted communication solutions across a variety of media to meet or exceed client objectives & drive business
Create compelling content, which could include short form social posts to professionally written press releases
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
Ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
Work in partnership with the creative team to collaborate on creative direction and meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with the Team Lead about marketing programs, strategies and budget
Act the the main point-of-contact with clients, becoming the liaison between the client and our internal teams.
THE EXPERIENCE
Curious, collaborative and creative by nature
Understanding of all social media channels and best practices for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
Strong organization and project management skills
Strong written communication skills
Experience in project management, social media management, and community management
Knowledgeable and passionate storyteller who has experience copywriting
The ability to define authentic messages for diverse audiences
Experience creating and analyzing reports and dashboards for monthly reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field preferred
Thrive in a high-energy environment
Experience with Cision, Sprout Social, Critical Mention or Muck Rack a plus
Experience working with events in a marketing role is a plus
Design experience with working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms is a plus
Agency experience is a plus
Event related travel required on weekend and nights

Salary range: $50,000 - $58,000
