Movin’ on up. When Greystar, the global leader in rental housing, built its new HQ, we were on the ground floor of the project. Hard hats and all. The space flourished into a mixed use of retail, restaurants and offices complete with the utterly desirable apartments, The Guild. The Guild reimagined life in downtown Charleston, unlocking big city vibes, concierge services and rooftop views. Overflowing with luxury, no design details or personal touches were spared, re: pet spas, wine tasting rooms and golf cart charging stations. You haven’t lived until you Live The Guild.
